Delivered to the US Navy as R6D-1 Bu131605 in 1953. To the USAF as C-118A 51-17667 in 1958. Returned to the US Navy as 131605 in 1964. To N2098K in 1989 and Lineas Aereas Suramericanas HK-3531X in 1990. To Transamazonica in 1991 then to Air Colombia as HK-4046X in 1995. To AECA as YV214T in 2007. Later withdrawn from use.
