This L-410 was manufactured in July 1985 and from September of that year flew with the Privolzhsk directorate of Aeroflot as CCCP-67537. Around September 1991, after returning to Czechoslovakia for overhaul, it was handed over to the Czechoslovak AF at Kbely. It flew on until June, 2003, when it was retired with a total of 5,319 hours and 7,120 take-offs. It has been preserved on display at the Letecké Muzeum Kbely since 2006.
