Time Air's first DHC-8 was delivered April 2, 1987 as C-GWRR. Except for a lease to Henson Aviation / Piedmont Airlines / US Air Commuter May 1992 - May 1996, it flew as a Canadian Partner and Air Canada Jazz (after Air Canada's take over of Canadian Airlines in 2001) until sold to Wells Fargo Bank in July 2006 and leased to Freedom Airlines as N807LR. When Freedom's Delta Connection contract for the Dash 8s was cancelled in August 2007, the aircraft was stored at Grand Junction , CO until flown to Calgary in March 2008.
