I was previously informed by Marc Hookerman "that this was when Trans-Air-Link was operating as a 14CFR Part 125 operator, thus why the aircraft is unmarked. When they moved to operating as a 14CFR Part 121 air carrier, that's when the aircraft started being marked with insignia."
