Ex N650UG, registered 8th June 1998. On the 9th Nov 1999 it crashed after take off from Uruapan, Mexico. The crew never used a departure check-list and the aircraft took off too steeply and then nosedived into a field 3 miles from the airport. All 13 pax and 5 crew died.
