Leased new to TEA Trans European Airways from June 1979 to February 1981, OO-TEM is pictured on it's next lease to Southwest that lasted until October 1983. With later leases to America West, British Midland, Malev and Vanguard Airlines, the aircraft was stored at Goodyear, AZ in 2002. Sold to Alameda Corp in 2004, it was later scrapped and the registration N121NJ cancelled in 2007.
