As mentioned by Alastair, this was a well traveled airliner. Another of its many identities was N501AV with Challenge Air. I flew on it, as Challenge, MIA-IAD-EWR in May 1987 and I can still remember the technical delay at MIA and then the very "tired" look inside. It did not inspire confidence, but I lived to tell the story and it continued to fly with various airlines for another 12 years.
