To Boskym Udara as 9M-BMM in Apr 1990. To Merpati Nusantara as PK-NVC on 10 Nov 2006. Crashed shortly after take off from Jayapura, Indonesia on 02 Aug 2009.

Delivered new to the UK register as G-BAZA in Oct 1973 as a model 400B. Converted to a F400B in 1984. To the USA as N4759D on 11 May 1984. To N121VA in Sep 1991. To N121VF in Aug 1993. To N800JT on Jan 1994. To N63EM on 26 Jun 1998. Registration cancelled on 16 Feb 2017 as broken up.

As mentioned by Alastair, this was a well traveled airliner. Another of its many identities was N501AV with Challenge Air. I flew on it, as Challenge, MIA-IAD-EWR in May 1987 and I can still remember the technical delay at MIA and then the very "tired" look inside. It did not inspire confidence, but I lived to tell the story and it continued to fly with various airlines for another 12 years.

Believed to have been retired early 1992.
