Air Canada had eighteen Tristars in their fleet with six of them being the long range L1011-500. All of those were delivered in quick succession in 1981; this one on November 24th. The 500s started retiring after the summer of 1991 and by January of 1992, they were all with another L1011 fan - Delta Airlines.
