Operated by Alaska West Air. Formerly C-FMPO, it was delivered in Jan 96 as a standard Otter and converted to a Vazar Turbine version by Mar 96. On 28 May 2011 it was significantly damaged in a landing accident/overrun at a private airstrip. It was repaired by mid 2012 and eventually re-entered service with Alaska West Air.
