Note the tail logo which is the national flower of Surinam (faja lobi / Ixora Coccinea). Ex Braniff, crashed on approach to Paramaribo, Surinam, 7 Jun 89. The flight was inbound from Amsterdam and among the 176 passengers killed were 15 Surinamese soccer players who played professionally in the Dutch and Belgian leagues.
