Owned and operated by Bob McSwiggan. Although no specific date can be found it was reported as having suffered a nosewheel collapse landing at Opa Locka in "March 2000". This photo being taken on 28 March 2000 may well be after repairs or before the incident. The aircraft did go on to fly again.
