D-433 was used by Westflug GmbH from Bad Oeynhausen during 1926. In the autumn it made proving flights for a planned Cologne - Duisburg - Rotterdam service along the Rhine. This service was carried out by Lufthansa during the 1927 summer season. The same aircraft was photographed with Lufthansa markings at this same spot near the Rheinlust restaurant in Duisburg - Wanheim. However, D-433 went to Austria early in 1927.
