In 1972, VMFA-531 was deployed to the USS Forrestal in the Mediterranean. This photo shows a F-4B from that cruise. The aircraft was later converted to F-4N. It crashed on 14 May 1983 in Texas. This photo was added on 24 October 2020, and has since been viewed 766 times. |
