This is one of 14 F-5Es destined for Ethiopia. When, shortly before delivery, the Ethiopia-Somalia war broke out, all aircraft were embargoed and temporarily stored at Williams AFB. All of these aircraft were later delivered to other countries. This particular aircraft is 75-0609 which went to North Yemen.
