Built as a DC-3-253 NC15473. To the USAAC as C-41 38-502 in 1938. Civilianised as DC-3A NC15473 in 1945. To N54595 in 1949, N12 in 1951, N43 in 1973, back to N54595 in 1978 and to N41HQ in 1994.
