This is former RAF Dakota KN656 (US serial 44-77021). It was operated by the FBS. After its military service in Germany, this aircraft became PH-MOA. It crashed as such on 3 June 1971 at Southend airport, England, while carrying 32 Ajax football supporters on their way back to Amsterdam. Luckily, they all survived the crash (and no, they did not cause the plane to crash). This photo was added on 19 November 2020, and has since been viewed 261 times. |
