City of Winston-Salem was leased by Piedmont Airlines as N304P in August 1987. The aircraft is pictured shortly after the merger of Piedmont and USAir re-registered N353US. It was returned to the lessor in January 2006 and leased again in September to AVIACSA as XA-UGF. That airline ceased operations in 2009 and the aircraft was stored.
