One of the 13 aircraft assembled on the eastern boundary at Southend for the nascent British Historic Aircraft Museum. Sadly, this museum came to nought but was resurrected as the Historic Aircraft Museum (Southend) in 1972. By that time NP339/G-AOBW had been vandalised and it was scrapped in 1970. It donated its outer wings to G-ANZJ. This photo is copyright © Terry Dann, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
