Built in 1961, first flight on November 28. Registered to United in October 1970 as N1015U, cancelled in November 1970 and exported to the Netherlands. It was bought by Transavia and registered PH-TRS. Leased to Air Afrique between September 1974 and February 1976. Delivered to the Republique Du Tchad in April 1976 as TT-AAD.
