First flown in 1980 as N55132, this S-76 was delivered to Okanagan Helicopters in 1980 as C-GIMG. Although operated by Okanagan subsidiary Universal Helicopters from 1982 to 1985, it's shown here back in Vancouver being prepared for sale to Arctic Air Service of Santa Maria, CA as N348AA.
