Delivered new to Kuwait Airways in March 1991. Sold in 1994 to Polynesian Airlines (5W-TEA). In 1995 to Birgenair and 1996 to LAN Chile.In 1999 to a leasing company with several leases within the USA. Damaged beyond repair after an engine fire at take-off in Ft.Lauderdale in 2015.
