Built to an RAF order as 42-85230/EZ456 but diverted straight to the RNZAF as part of the Empire Air Training Scheme, becoming NZ1099 in November 1944. Disposed of in 1978 and registered ZK-ENK on 14 September that year. Exported to Australia and registered VH-NZX (get it?) on 28 November 2003. Currently resident at Jamestown, SA.
