After B737 cargo planes were allowed to serve Wamena airport as from 2010, the Indonesian DGCA also cleared passenger 737's to land there in early 2014. Around 2018 however, the risk of 737 pax flights was re-evaluated and deemed to be too high, and consequently stopped, even though no incident happened with a pax 737. Reason's given were the relatively short runway length combined with Wamena's altitude of 5500 ft. In turn, the ATR-72 became the standard pax airplane again serving WMX. Note the kids on the other side of the runway, well within the airport premises....
