Delivered to United as N4713U in 1970. Was involved in a fatal in flight incident in 1989 when a cargo door decompressed. It is featured in an episode of Air Crash Investigation. Repaired and reregistered as N4724U. To Air Dabia as C5-FBS in 1997. Stored at Plattsburgh, NY by 2000 and scrapped.
