This 727 was originally delivered to Alitalia as I-DIRT in December 1982. It joined Aviogenex in May 1985 and is pictured taxing out with another load of holidaymaker looking forward to some Adriatic sea and sun. The plane had intermittant lease periods with Aerolineas Argentinas, Avianca (HK-3618K), Chanchangi, Cameroon Airlines, Efata Papua Airlines (PK-EPV) before joining Kam Air as YA-GAD in October 2006.
