Delivered to the USAAF as 42-92227 then transferred to the RAF as FL595 in 1943. To Trans Canada Air Lines as CF-TDM in 1946. Sold as N9124R in 1961 then to N165J in 1963, N337AF in 1987 and N123DZ in 1991. Operated by Florida Air Cargo from 1996. Withdrawn from use at Opa Locka by 2006 and later scrapped. Cancelled from the register in 2015.
