Delivered new to PanAm as N315PA 14th Jan 1966 and to Avianca as HK-1717 9th Oct 1974. Converted to freighter July 1992 and transferred to Aerosucre. On the 25th June 1997 the gear collapsed on take off from SKBO (Bogota) and the aircraft was declared a write off.
