Heading home the morning after the Narromine Airshow. This aircraft was ordered by the British Government for supply to EATS in South Africa or Southern Rhodesia but was not delivered and was retained for the RAAF as A17-710 due Japan's entry into the war. Sold to Royal Aero Club of NSW, Bankstown, 18.5.56 as VH-RSC. Re-registered VH-BBC by Narrabri Aero Club in August 1959.
