A D-Day veteran having dropped paratroops near Sainte-Mère-Église, Normandy. Frequently heard on UK airways when it was based at RAF Wethersfield (EGVT) in the 1960s. To MASDC in 1970 and later registered N75T. Mounted on poles as a classroom at Colegio De La Salle, Bogota, Colombia by 2011. FAA registration cancelled as expired 21 February 2013. This photo was added on 25 March 2021, and has since been viewed 422 times. |
