K25 slide scan. Delivered 1975 to Romanian Air Force in Tarom colours, transferred to Romanian Government 1991, transferred back to Romanian Air Force as 801 1995. Take Off performance of a fully loaded An-26 on a hot summer's day was marginal. Having taken off on runway 28 with a tailwind component due to obstacle clearance reasons ADA had crossed the threshold at probably less than a 100ft after using the full runway length.
