Ex RAF FD789 and USAAF 42-32817, painted in fictitious RAF marks CR496 for its role as Winston Churchill's transport in the movie The Eagle Has Landed. It became EI-BDU on 18th October 1978 and was restored as G-AKNB on 29th January 1982, before going to the USA as N59NA on 22nd July 1985. It still flies (with its original USAAF serial) as 42-32817/3J-B, with the name Bones, in spurious D-Day colours.
