This aircraft was operated by Helicorp for an Australian Federal Police (AFP) contract out of Canberra. This was also in conjunction with VH-LLI. The equipment on the side is surveillance equipment.. Formerly on the Chinese and US registers as B-723, B-7703 & N2011W. Based at Essendon and first registered as VH-LLZ(3) in Australia on 2 May 2006.
