This 134 was originally delivered to the Ukraine directorate of Aeroflot as CCCP-65765 in June 1979. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union it was noted at Kiev (KBP) with and all wihite tail. In January 1993 it was registered UR-65765 and started flying for Avialini Ukrayiny (titles in Ukranian script are on the port side of this plane). The plane was leased to South Airlines as UR-SAL from November 2004 and eventually retired in February 2010 and stored at Odessa (ODS). It still wears in storage a fake Aeroflot colour scheme and 'CCCP-65632' registration that were applied for a film. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
