Serial 459 was first given to a Norwegian Hawk 75A-6 which was captured by the Germans and sold to Finland. This airframe however is one of thirty Hawk 75A-8s used as trainers in Canada. The survivors were later supplied to Peru as P-36Gs. The photographer, Conrad Mohr, escaped Norway to Sweden in 1941 and reached Canada after an incredible journey. He was killed in a Hawk 75 training accident in February 1943. See photo 353189 for his picture.
