Delivered to the USAAF as 42-92718 in 1944. Sold as NC34113 in 1945, N34113 after 1948 then to N140T in 1969 and VQ-TAF in 1983. Initially with TCNA, later to TCCA. Withdrawn from use at Port-au-Prince by 1986. Registered to Air Taxi International as N376JC on 7 Apr 1989, but not painted on. N376JC cancelled 8 May 1998.
