Ex Western Airlines N93150, registered 9th July 1974 and on the 8th Jan 1981 it was approaching Quetta (OPQT) when the nose landing gear failed to extend. The crew decided to return to Karachi (OPKC) where they carried out a nose gear-up landing and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
