Built in 1959, it still has the early short fin which had been modified by 1967 (Photo ID: 34529). Likely here returning to the USA after serving as the press and support aircraft for President Eisenhower's European tour. It is believed to be on the only ever visit by a TWA 707-131 to Europe . Crashed on take-off at Santa Cruz (SLVR) on 13 October 1976 while on lease to Lloyd Aéreo Boliviano as N730JP. This photo was added on 30 April 2021, and has since been viewed 1654 times. |
