The YUH-61 was Boeing Vertol's unsuccessful competitor to Sikorsky's Black Hawk. The need to fit in a C-130 was even more appararent in this design. The photo shows the type's first flight, which took place at the Grumman factory airfield at Calverton, Long Island.
