Built for lease to Houston Metro Airlines, this Twin Otter was instead delivered to Panarctic Oils in July 1969 (in a Metro Airline color scheme). The aircraft was sold to Survair in 1975 before coming to West Coast Air in July 1978. Pictured with a Pacific Western Airlines sticker while the aircraft connected out lying passengers to PWA in Vancouver. Folded into Air BC in 1980, it was sold in December 1992 to a leasing company. It moved to the USA as N228YK in December 1994 where it is still current flying Skydivers at the time of uploading.
