A pre-war civil DC-3 first flown by American Airlines (NC16011), Pem-Air flew this aircraft from May 1971 - February 1979. Last with Aero California as XA-IOR, it crashed into hills near Las Lomitas, Mexico after diverting from it's destination due to poor weather on January 29, 1986.
