Delivered to the USAAF as 43-15533 in 1944. To NC59360 in 1947, N59360 after 1948 then to N222H in 1953, VP-BAA in 1956, VP-BBL in 1959, HR-LAD in 1967 and N437GB in 1997. Operated by Atlantic Air Cargo. Ditched in the Atlantic Ocean on approach to Nassau in 2019 and sank.
