Built to a USAAF order as 42-92213 in October 1943, given the RAF serial FL581 on delivery to West Africa early December for immediate delivery to the SAAF as 6813. Serving with the SAAF until sold to Aircraft Operating Company and remaining with initially as ZS-DJK, then VP-YSY (leased to Wenela), and ZS-DJK. To Aerial Surveys Botswana in November 1980. To Executive Air as Z-WRJ in 1986. Crashed at Harare, Zimbabwe October 1988, but rebuilt and served with Ormonds Air.
