Registered to the USAAF as 45-8883, but not actually taken up. To various civil owners from September 1946 as N75755. Involved in an accident on Aiugust 16, 1965 when the aircraft experienced an explosion/fire during the inital climb. The aircraft collided with trees while on final approach to land at a seaplane base/heliport. Between 1973 and 1975, the aircraft was withdrawn from use and placed in open storage. To the Canadian Warplane Heritage between 1975 and 1976 and reregistered C-GCWA. To C-GCWM in June 1976.
