Delivered to the USAAF as 43-15778 in 1944. Sold as N5900V in 1952 then to Aerovias Brasil as PP-AXZ in 1954, Aeronorte as PP-NBL in 1955, Brazilian Air Force as 2069 in 1958, VOTEC as PT-KZF in 1978 and to Táxi Aéreo Fortaleza in 1986. Withdrawn from use in 1992. Later moved to Appena Eco Park, Pacatuba for preservation at location 3.9870S, 38.6206W.
