Seen in the hangar at Narromine the morning after it had served as a backdrop to an expensive black tie dinner at which astronaut Buzz Aldrin entertained the crowd. Delivered to RAAF 21 April '55. To Air Trials Unit, Avalon, for Blue Jay missile trials. Later 76 Sqn., 2 OCU, Marksmen display team, ARDU, 5 OTU, back to 2 OCU. Gate guardian 2 SD Chester Hill, 6 SD Dubbo.
