HO-42 is the Yugoslav utility variant of the SA-341H, and this one was built around 1979 as Yugoslav Air Force 12660. It defected to Slovenia in June 1991 where it became TO-001 (TO is Teritorialna Obramba, the Territorial Defense). It later became SL-HAA and then S5-HAA. It crashed 21-Jun-1994 in southern Slovenia. It was statically repaired (apparently with the console of HN-45M 12926 as it has its cn plate 140) and was preserved at Ljubljana-Brnik. In 2012 it went to the Park Vojaške Zgodovine (Park of Military History). This photo is copyright © Peter Vercruijsse, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
