Demonstrator for Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Was written off when a brake cable failed at Wau, PNG, on October 23, 1947. G-AIMC rolled backwards down the steep airfield carrying the crew of three and nine passengers with it. Wrecked but no injuries to those on board.
