One of the 5 Texan that remained in Ecuador. With a little research I've found out that there were two of these T-6 at Salinas until 2009 more or less. Other one was inside the Colegio Técnico Aeronaútico Coronel Maya very close to the old airport, with fake reg HC-TCA but it disappeared in 2018. The two other remaining are this one in the pic and another one inside the Museum of the Ecuadorian air force. This T-6 was recently restored for the 100th anniversary of our air force.
