Delivered new to Singapore Airlines as 9V-SIA 31st July 1973 and became N747TA with Flying Tigers 30th Nov 1979. Re-registered N747FT 16th Apr 1982 and transferred to PanAm 25th March 1983, then re-registered N728PA June 1983. Had a side cargo door fitted in Dec 1986 and became a series 212B/SCD.
